Description
Remarkably, this rare vintage Activity set is in unused condition and appears to be complete! “Gold Baskets… and how to make them” was made in England by J.W. Spear & Sons, Enfield. It is estimated to date from the 1930’s. The Toy / Game consists of various Basket Bases / Rims, coloured sticks and coloured paper strips for decoration. The heavy card Bases / Rims are covered in Gold Foil. Instructions are provided on the underside of the box lid. The original box is in good condition for its age with a few old edge repairs, but nothing too bad. Would make an excellent display item for a museum or private collector.
