1910’s Happy Families Card Game by Chad Valley, England

Description

Here’s a rare, complete example of a classic British card game.  This antique game has a full complement of 64 cards in good condition. There are 16 different families each  with four members.  All the cards are different with superb and humorous caricatures.  Includes the original instruction card. The box is still present but the lid has lost two edges.  The World of Playing Cards site has an article about the game here. This is a genuine antique, dating from before the first World War.
