Description
A lovely example of this rare British card game, depicting the Royal Navy and dating back to the start of the second World War. The game is complete with all 44 cards and original instructions. Cards are crisp and clean with little sign of use. Very rare to find one in this superb condition.
Description from boardgamegeek site…. “England Expects” is a rare, “vintage” Card Game with a British Royal Navy theme published by Pepys around 1940. It features beautifully illustrated cards depicting a variety of British military navy scenes, backed by a picture of Nelson’s column.
