1960’s The Sport of Kings – Horse Racing Board Game

This vintage Horse Racing game is in excellent condition for age, with little sign of use. Made by Morton Productions Ltd, Northampton & Birmingham, England.  The game was originally devised in Sweden under the name  Jägersro .  This British version was retailed by Harrods, London. as can be seen by the price sticker.  The original retail price was 25s 6d (25 shillings and Sixpence or £1.27 in new money).  This was obviously pre U.K. decimalisation, and I estimate manufacture during the 1960’s at the latest.
