1960’s Monkey Tricks, A Tri-ang Game, Made in England

Description

Extremely rare vintage British game in exceptional condition for age. Made in England by Minimodels Ltd., Havant, Hants, under the famous Tri-ang brand name.  The box and contents are in superb condition for their age, as shown.  The Black Chimpanzee figure and seven of the original twelve monkeys still present, but unfortunately five monkeys have escaped! There should be three different shapes in four colours (no brown left).  This doesn’t detract from the charm of this wonderful piece.  Can’t find a date on the box and there is precious little information on the internet (an indication of its scarcity). but as the company folded in 1971, I think it’s reasonable to estimate the 1960’s for date of manufacture.
