Here’s a very rare version of a classic British board game.  Themed on the U.S. Western T.V. Series “The Lone Ranger” with wonderful imagery on the box and board.  The game Snakes and Ladders, known as Chutes and Ladders in the U.S., is still a popular British game today.  It originated in India and was introduces into Britain in the late Victorian period.  This version dates from 1959 and was manufactured by Peter Pan Games of Peterborough, England.
