Description
A nice complete example of this rare vintage “Victory” puzzle. As indicated on the box, Treasure Trove was from the Adventure Series of puzzles, containing 24 large plywood pieces and aimed at younger children (ages 3 to 5). The game features wonderful period artwork of Pirates on a desert island. The colours on the box label and the Jigsaw itself are bright and vivid with no signs of fading. Estimated to date from the 1950’s, the game was published by G. J. Hayter & Co. Ltd., Boscombe, Bournemouth.
