1950’s Sooty Tiddleywinks by Chad Valley, England

Description

A rare and early example of childrens T.V. merchandise, dating from the 1950’s.  Sooty, a cheeky glove puppet character, was created by Harry Corbett in 1948. This Tiddleywinks game was made in England by Chad Valley of Harborne.  The game instructions are printed on the underside of the box lid as shown.
