1950’s Ring ’em! Game

Description

Following description taken from the boardgamegeek site:

“A hoop-la type game.  Throw the rings and score for the target you successfully ‘ring’.  The artist is the great Lawson Wood, the only example of his work in the games area.  The monkey target on the left is his speciality and is a character called Gran’pop.”.

It is listed as being from the 1930’s but the image on the lid suggests a slightly later date to me, possibly 1950’s?

The game is complete and in very good condition for age, as shown.  Instructions are printed on a label pasted under the box Lid.  The box lid has split corners but is otherwise ok.
