Description
This ancient German Card game is the forerunner to Tripoley and Poker. Here we have a vintage Poch Board with nine betting Pools. The board is made from wood and in good vintage condition. It measures 8.5 inches in diameter. The rules, in German, are pasted to the underside of the board as shown. Wikipedia provides a good description of the game, including English rules here. It’s difficult to be certain about the age of this example but I have estimated manufacture circa 1950’s. It could well be earlier?
