1947 First 3 Horse Race by R. Cox Products Ltd., England

Description

Here we have a very rare, post-War Gambling game.  This Horse Race themed game features a well engineered ‘Randomizer’ device containing eight different coloured balls.  Each ball represents one of the horses in the race.  Pressing the red trigger releases 3 balls into the display window to determine the outcome of the race.  Bets are placed on the ‘Staking Sheet’ which is a single fold board with eight spaces for the different horses.  The game is boxed and in excellent condition.  It also includes the original instruction sheet.  Made in England, the game dates from 1947 and was published by R. Cox Products Ltd., 92 Bromwich Road, Worcester.
