Description
Extremely rare Football Pools Game dating from the 1940’s (British Patent 5485/47). The game is in excellent condition as shown, with no damage and little sign of use.
The metal Random Result Generator is still functioning correctly. A press of the red button at the side releases a coloured ball into the display area. The colour of the ball indicates the result, i.e. Red for a home win; yellow for an away win and black for a draw. Not sure how many of these were produced (I’ve never seen another), but It’s unlikely that many have survived, especially in this condition!
The six English Football Teams featured are Arsenal / Wolves / Leeds / Preston / Aston Villa / Derby
