1940’s The Bruin Boys’ Jolly Ring Game by Spears

Here’s a charming British parlour game, themed on The Bruin Boys characters created by Julius Stafford Baker.  This simple game of skill consists of a rigid Bruin Boys target board, held upright in the box base by means of two wooden securing points.  Players take the rings and attempt to encircle the characters.  Game instructions are printed on the underside of the box lid.
