“The Amusing Topical Card Game”
Very rare card game published at the start of WWII (October 1939) by Kardonia Ltd. of London, England. The game is complete with a full deck of cards and the original Rules sheet. The Black-Out card game was intended as a light-hearted amusement to cheer up British citizens during their darkest hour. WWII Blackout regulations were enforced in Britain by civilian A.R.P. Wardens for the majority of the war.
