Description
“The New and Popular Game for two, four or more Players” “A Game crowded with interest and amusement for young and old”
A fine example of a rare British table-top game, dating from the inter-War period. The game, a cross between Tiddlywinks and Tennis. consists of a roll-out playing mat marked as a Tennis Court, and a Net suspended between two wooden posts. Players attempt to fire their counters over the net into high scoring sections on their opponents side. The game and box are in very good condition for their age with clear markings on the playing surface and all corners intact on the box. Very unusual to find one in such good order. British manufacture dating from 1935 (Prov. Pat. 22857/35).
