Description

This rare survivor is in remarkable condition considering it’s age.  The components show little sign of use.  It includes all five original target balls and their wire stands.  There are six wooden projectiles and two small felt bags used to fire them at the target balls.

The game is still in good working order, although I expect it is more of a display / collectors item these days.  Superb artwork on the box lid illustrating the game being played.  The lid also indicated the British Patent Number 6478/34.  I believe the ’34’ refers to the year, i.e. 1934.  Game instructions are printed on a label attached to the underside of the box lid.  There is also an instruction sheet for table tennis, but I don’t think it is associated with this game?  I only include it as it was in the box.

The box measures 16 x 9 x 2 inches.

Made in England by Roberts Brothers of Gloucester under their Glevum trade mark.

Please refer to all the photos as these form an integral part of the item description.
