1930’s Steeplechase Horse Racing Board Game by Spears, England

Description

Lovely early British Horse Racing game, with little sign of use.  Made in England by Spears and estimated to date from the 1930’s.  The game is complete with all six painted metal Horse pieces and the original Spears Bakelite dice shaker.  The board has some age related storage bowing but is otherwise in good condition.  All corners of the box are still intact.  Very unusual to find a complete example without much use.
