1930’s Footballo by Berwick of Liverpool, England

Description

An extremely rare survivor, this Footballo game is in good vintage condition.  Most unusual to find an example still in its box and with the original Rules.  Sadly, online research has revealed very little about the game which seldom appears for sale.  It is thought to date from the 1930’s.  Made in England by Berwick Toys & Games of Liverpool.  The same company produced the Bayko construction toy range.  Love the artwork on the box, an ideal display piece for a museum or private collection.
