1930’s 999 Calling All Cars by Geographia, England

This is the only example of the game I have encountered during many years of collecting!  There were similar map-based games published by Geographia Ltd. in the 1930’s.  It is unclear why this particular game is so scarce?  I have been unable to track any information online but the original Rules, attached to the underside of the box lid, provide some details.  The game comes with two identical map boards, two metal car pieces and a pair of dice with shakers.  It is in great condition for its age and deserves to be in a museum.  Some of the images used in this listing have been uploaded to the boardgamegeek site so that a record of the game is kept for posterity.  Please Note, there is a similarly named U.S. game which is unrelated.
