Description
This set of Happy Families cards was produced to promote the Cow & Gate brand of Baby food Milk Formula. There is a full deck of 48 cards comprising 12 families of 4. The pack includes the ‘Smiler’ card, an emblem of the brand. I believe this is the first edition of the game, dating from 1928. The cards are in good vintage condition as shown. The pack also contains a card with the instructions, and another listing all the families included. Sadly, the front panel is all that remains of the original box.
