Description

“An amusing Card Game for Children”

Early edition of this classic card game, dating from 1925.  The game is complete with a full deck of 40 cards, comprising 10 sets of 4 cards.  Each card depicts a character from the ‘Tinker, Tailor…’ Nursery Rhyme with two additional ‘modern’ characters, namely, the Postman and the Fireman.  Original instruction sheet which includes rules for a alternative game ‘Snip’.

The game is complete and in excellent vintage condition as shown.  Good cards and a good two-part box.

Made in England by an Unknown Publisher.  The date is not marked on the game.  Boardgamegeek suggests a date of 1925, but I suspect it is even earlier.
