Description
This very rare parlour game was made in England by Robert Brothers Games of Gloucester under their Glevum brand name. From the styling, it is thought to date from the 1920’s. A charming dexterity game, where players attempt to transfer beads from a dish onto vertical stands using a shaped wire implement. There are three stands with corresponding implements and a selection of beads, along with the original dish. Superb lithographic image on the box lid, typical of the period. Game instructions are printed on a label attached to the underside of the lid as shown.
