1920’s Crown & Anchor Dice Game by H.P. Gibson and Sons, London

Description

Here’s a rare example of a Naval gambling game, popular in the Royal Navy.  This Crown & Anchor Dice Game is in very good condition for its age and still contained in its original card tube.  The cloth betting mat has clear symbols with minimal wear and little sign of use.  The game is complete with the Mat, three original special Dice and a period Wooden Shaker.  Game Rules are also included.  Made in England by H.P. Gibson and Sons Ltd. of London, this early “International” Series game is estimated to date to the 1920’s.  A very rare survivor!
