Description
An original ‘Big Box’ edition of this popular vintage card game. Although the game appears regularly in the standard pack form, this version, in a large illustrated box, is very rare. This may have been the first edition, which was later repackaged to reduce production costs? Alternatively, this could have been a more expensive, deluxe version of the game. The box artwork shows people playing the game around a table. Their dress suggests that the game probably dates from the 1920’s period.
The game is complete and in excellent condition with little sign of use. The box measures 31 x 22 x 3 cm. Made in England by Chad Valley of Harborne.
