“Uncle Wiggily” Game by Howard R. Garis, author of the Uncle Wiggily bedtime stories.  Manufactured by Milton Bradley Co. Springfield, Mass. USA.
I believe this is the very first edition (1916) of this American children’s favourite.  The game is in relatively good condition for a genuine Antique game, that is over 100 years old!  I have included a copy of the rules taken from the internet.
