Description
A very rare survivor from the late Victorian period. Manufactured in 1898 during the Klondike Gold Rush in the Yukon, north-western Canada. This is a two-fold board with each section in good antique condition. The detailed artwork is still bright and vibrant. It would look excellent framed. The board does not indicate the publisher, which was common for games of this period. Please be assured, this is an authentic antique piece and NOT a modern reproduction. Apparently, the game features in the 1979 publication The Boardgame Book by Robert Charles Bell.
